ERIS Experts – Kateřina Mikulcová

Doc. Mgr. et Mgr. Kateřina Mikulcová, Ph.D. is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Social Studies, University of Ostrava. Her main research interest is focused on the issue of reflexivity in social work with vulnerable children and their families in the evaluation of social housing and homelessness of mothers without a shelter. In such focused research, she synergistically combines her unique background from the field of social work and social policy and from the field of psychology, which allows for providing a holistic view of the researched phenomena, a comprehensive understanding of the research issue, and the use of innovative perspectives in working with problems from practice.
